EPFL Community on Zenodo

About this service

The EPFL Community on Zenodo supports EPFL researchers in publishing datasets, software, code, and other research outputs using the FAIR-compliant Zenodo repository operated by CERN. Zenodo assigns persistent DOIs, supports versioning, and enables long-term access to research outputs.

The EPFL Library provides guidance on preparing datasets, including metadata, licensing, and documentation to ensure they meet FAIR principles and are suitable for publication. Submissions to the EPFL community are curated according to simple but effective quality criteria, described in its Curation Policy, such as clear descriptions, README documentation, and appropriate metadata.

Accepted records increase the visibility of EPFL research outputs and will be listed in Infoscience. When possible, files may also be archived in the EPFL Academic Output Archive (ACOUA) for long-term preservation.
