Abstract
The goal is to enhance accessibility of the open-source software 'spam' for the experimental mechanics community. This promotes ORD practices, avoiding closed formats and vendor lock-in. The objective is to build a community of users for future joint developments within the ETH domain. To achieve this, complex software engineering tasks will be outsourced to an EPFL service. Additionally, a three-day workshop will be organized to promote, explain, and demonstrate ORD practices using 'spam.'
